Privacy policy for Steve's Agents

Steve's Agents is a set of private tools operated by Steve Attard for his own use. This page describes how those tools handle Google account data.
Data accessed
Depending on the tool and the permissions granted, Steve's Agents may access Google Calendar events and metadata, Google Tasks lists and entries, and Gmail messages and metadata. The permissions requested are shown during Google authorization.
Use of data
The tools use this data to carry out Steve's requests. The AIOS intake saves private copies of selected Calendar and Tasks data so Steve can find, review, and organize it. It does not change or delete the source Calendar or Tasks items. Other tools may perform actions Steve requests using their granted permissions.
Storage and sharing
Saved data is kept in Steve's private systems, including private Git backups. Data may be processed by the hosting and AI service providers needed to run a requested tool. Google account data is not sold or used for advertising.
Retention and control
Saved copies remain until Steve deletes them or changes the relevant retention process. Revoking Google access stops future access but does not automatically remove existing private copies or backups. Steve can review or delete copies in his own systems.
